Pricing by floors

Discussion about
Thinking about buying in Brooklyn, Williamsburg/ Park Slope, and wondered what the price discount/escalator is for a condo. Specifically, should I have any concerns about a 1st floor unit (how much less per sq ft should I be thinking)?

Search the topic for past discussions. There is always a discount for ground floor.
