#704 aold on 03/11/2010 at $675,000. 1 bedroom plus study, 1.5 bath. Maintenence at $1453. Excellent condition. If I remember correctly, the lobby, elevator, hallways all could use work. These seem over priced in comparison

Helpful. They seem like equivalent of large one bedroom conversions. Wondering if market is already up to the 1.0M+ level for that product at this type of location.
