Does anyone know anything about this building? Looking through current listings and transactions in the last few years, looks like big family-type apartments can be had for under $1000psf, sometimes way under. Anyone know what the catch is? Thanks.

That shouldn't affect the prices, though. Maybe the traffic's bad there, or it's impacted by subway construction.

used to live there. Nice building, well ran. Nothing over the top. Some drama with board around time we left but maintenance was reasonable and financials strong. The street is busy, but not as bad as 63rd st.
