Like living in Times Square. Car traffic starts around 4pm Fri and doesn't end until Sunday evening. Pedestrians/people hanging alomost 24/7

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that people looking to move into the Meatpacking District aren't looking for peace and quiet.
