Pay-as-you-go Broadband in Williamsburg

Anyone have experience with any pay-as-you-go broadband services in Williamsburg? we're looking into Rover 4G and Virgin 3G. (Rover is part of Clear). We live in Northside Piers and are interested in reception and speed issues. Are they good for video streaming?

Virgin uses the Sprint system. So, any comments on Sprint or Clear mobile broadband is also appreciated.
