LOL Catch the broker's You Tube video. It's painful to watch but funny. The guy tries to make what should be a cheap rental worthy of it's high asking price. Calls a 12' wide LR spacious. Calls what appears to be a cramped office that should be a walk in closet a bedroom.

I love how the shooter pans into brick walls when the broker is touting the fab southern view and picture window... priceless.

Also, dude, what's with the guitar??
