Babar, the biggest issue you will have is that there are many different Brownstone neighborhoods in Brooklyn. You can look at places like Brooklyn Heights, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope, etc and then look at places like Bed Sty/Crown Heights. Once you can isolate the location, it will be easier to find info.
