The ACTIVE, PENDING and OFF MKT trends for Manhattan is FREE on UrbanDigs.com..here is a chart showing the last 30 DAYS of ACTIVE Inventory for Manhattan:

http://www.urbandigs.com/chart.php?s1=Active&s2=&mindt=02%2F03%2F2010&maxdt=02%2F03%2F2011&t=Market Trends&interval_mindt=2011%2F01%2F04

Add that up and you see a net gain of high 400s for Manhattan supply in the last 30 days, or a move higher of 7.2% according to our systems.

seems to be a space in the above url when I try to post here...please copy the url and make sure where it breaks looks like this --> "=Market+Trends&interval_mindt=2011%2F01%2F04"

Yes, it's the spring surge. If you look at Urbandigs' chart and click on the MAX button, you can see the trend upward each January for the last few years.

the very beginning of a 20 inch snow storm that cripples the city looks mightily similar to 1 inch dusting. good luckz... game on....
