Discussion about
Need referrals to the top small (10 units) management companies. I believe that a good one has a back up to property managers, emergency response and ability to fix problems in a 2 hours window, internal financial controls, good network of sub-contractors and ability to deal with R.E taxes. Any recommendations? what should i ask in an interview?

Try Pam Elgar at Plymouth Management, pelgar@plymouthny.com. She manages an 18-unit
6-story walk-up I own in and is extremely diligent and conscientious. And the Coop is
extremely well run. I own 3-B in the building I'm referring to.

JC Lamb manages our building (small-ish co-op, Manhattan, 70 units). we just bought there and they were good to work with during the purchase process, and we heard good feedback from longer owners
