Discussion about Apex Condominiums at 2300 Frederick Douglass Boulevard in South Harlem
Why would the Sponsor INCREASE the sale prices of all 2 and 3 bedroom apartments by $40,000? It doesn't seem like they are being inundated with offers with only 7 listings in contract.

Because they ARE selling quickly, at the rate of about two per week. I've heard that should be the case this week too-- that they have two accepted offers and are just waiting for the contracts to come back.
