Discussion about 38 East 85th Street in Upper East Side
We're considering buying in this building. anyone have thoughts on it? good building? bad building? any mold? rats? other issues?

3A closed recently for $2,285,600.
6A is a little more than $200,000 more. I've only seen the pics on SE but, it looks like 3A may have recieved some more TLC than 6A. Let's say they are in equal shape. Then consider the view and light. Sometimes 3 floors makes all the difference. The seller thinks the floor differential is 67K per floor. W/O seeing it it's hard to tell but, that a wopper of a floor differential. Other than that it's a great location and a nice layout.

Seems like there are alot of "A" lines available or have sold recently. Any idea why
