Can anyone recommend a good water and energy conservation consultant? I am on the Board of midtown mid-rise, and we are looking for a low-priced, but knowledgeable environmental consultant who can assess what steps the co-op can take to cut down on our water and energy bills.

Prices are reasonable and the service pays for itself in 1-2 Winters. Jeff has assisted many coops in the city
