Discussion about
I just wanted to thank the SE staff for adding the ability to search sales by the date on which they were recorded in ACRIS. The new feature makes it much easier to find transactions that were recorded after a long delay. Here's an example of a successful "lowball" bid from 2009 that finally hit ACRIS sixteen months later: http://streeteasy.com/nyc/closing/1708262 I came across this one by searching for sales recorded in the past six months, then sorting the results by sale date (earliest first). The information is no longer fresh, but it's good to have a tool for finding sales that would otherwise have gone under the radar.

aboutready: You can choose to include in contract listings either in the advanced search (through the "listing status" option) or once you're looking at the search results by switching the status in the grey box on the top right.

Let us know if you're seeing any issues with this process, and feel free to email support@streeteasy.com with the specific URL that isn't going through if it continues to give you problems
