Well, the climate in East Harlem is not as Mediterranean as the Bay Area and there might be seniors on fixed incomes living up there, so I would definitely avoid it.

What should've been a big tiled shower is now one of those small one-piece molded things, as in a 1980's tract house.

I looked at renting a smaller unit in this building. A 2/2 for $3k per month. The PH in question has the exact same finishes!!!!
