The Wellesley 200 East 72nd Street, renovated?

I am currently living in NJ and once again I'm thinking of moving back to New York... I visited The Wellesley a couple years ago and I remember the finishes being a little crummy. However, I stumbled upon this blog post http://uppereastside-rentals.com/blog/the-wellesley-200-east-72nd-street/ and it looks like they completely renovated the apartments. Does anyone know if this is just one apartment in the building that has been renovated or if all of them have? The new finishes look great. Has anyone visited the building recently.

I happen to visited one 2BD today. 35-something. It was renovated but not like the blog post. The usual paint over everything only with white fridge.
