Where in South Florida? Big place . . .

Which coast? There are plenty of vacation rental professionals.

Problem with a site like homeaway.com is that they are usually owners, and their idea of "clean", "luxury", "well-stocked", etc., can vary from yours. The professional services have professional cleaners, supply checklists, sheet/towel service, etc.

Okay, here's the easiest thing, Google all these words together;

your favorite national realtor (Remax, Prudential, whatever),

the area you want to be in,

the word rentals,

All realtors in beach communities have seasonal rental divisions. The owner will get about 50%, the agency will get the other 50. If you want owners direct, use homeaway.com, and it will usually be a LOT cheaper. But with the cautions above.
