Prices seemed decent to me. Neighborhood is terrible - if you buy, you are betting the neighborhood will mature in the next 4-5 years.
Apartments were nice but most new construction I have seen is much nicer. Fixtures and finishes are not that great and layoffs seem boring. I would equate the apartments to those at 555 West 23 - perfectly nice but nothing special. Rooftop deck (not totally finished) is fine but not at all special. To be honest, the building reminds me of a high-end rental building (like something Related Rentals would own) but as condos go, it is below average.
