Anyone have a referal for a wood flooring guy?
How amny square feet, I have several but it depend son the project who i would recommend

The correct response should be to consider laminate instead of wood for a basement due to very real risk of flooding
It depends what kind of basement space. The "basement" apartment in our building is almost all above-grade and has about as much risk of flooding as the penthouse.
On the other hand, I would never put wood in a below-grade basement space. Sooner or later, they all leak.
Incorrect. wouldnt a floating floor be a lot nicer then using laminate?
Thanks jeff. It's a basement level of a triplex unit in a new construction. Would I be able to confirm the grade from the offering plan typically?
