I am negotiating for 760sqft 1 badroom appartment at price of $890/sqfr. Is it good price?

No way to know without more info on the unit itself, location, etc. But I wouldn't provide too many details on this public forum if I were you. Have you looked at comps (both within the building and in the neighborhood? That should help determine what's a 'good price'.
