Discussion about
Is it actually possible that this quote was made with sincere, as opposed to ironic, intent? http://noir.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=a2K9nqP6bAdQ&pos=4 ..."“The banking industry is so highly concentrated that it’s very vulnerable to tacit collusion, meaning consumers will be paying excess fees because of high concentration,” Yun said in an interview." So what's his point? That tacit collusion on fees in banking is worse than explicit collusion on fees in real estate brokerage? BTW, is the thread title redundant? Should I just simplify to "Lawrence Yun quote"?

He's paid to lobby on behalf of the Real Estate lobby. Everything he says is approved by and said on behalf of the NAR. He's their spokesman.
