floor differential for price and rental

Discussion about
in a high-rise luxury condo , with nice views, in the same line with no discernible difference in views among floors over say 10th to 20th, selling for 1000psf roughly what floor differential price makes sense for say a one bedroom selling for 700,000$ ? for rental amounts, do higher floors command better rent when the view is not much different, e.g. 17 vs. 12?

not uncommon to see $100 difference per month per floor. now let the pooh-poohing begin

thanks. I am surprised there's much difference for rental, especially in a building that isn't rental per se, and has just a few haphazard rentals.
