building at 52 Thomas Street

The street is very narrow. Also, the views and light are already blocked by the tall building on the other side. This street is always at a 10-15% discount to the rest of Tribeca. Also, 60 Thomas needs a reno as the current reno is old and with very cheap materials - creaking floors and believe it or not formica kitchen.

Formica! Oh the HORROR!

How ever did society get by with Formica for 70 years?

We saw this unit. It was nice but it is on the corner of Church which is a bit busy. Agree with poster above, that the mid block units facing the court building really suck - its a brick wall that is well above any of the apt listings. Its a shame because there are some very nice units but location, location, location.
