Discussion about 60 Thomas Street #6
Is there an issue w this block on Thomas St? Too many units popping up for sale....52, 56, 58, 60 all at once? Anyone have any idea if there is new construction planned blocking views or something? Or any other problem?

The street is very narrow. Also, the views are already blocked by the tall building on the other side. This street is always at a 10-15% discount to the rest of Tribeca. Also, 60 Thomas needs a reno as the current reno is old and with very cheap materials - creaking floors and believe it or not formica kitchen.
