Ikea, and Ikea.
Can I ask why you would want thermofoil cabinets?
Primer, SS is out of my price range and I'm going for a modern look, so it seems glossy white thermofoil is the way to go.

You can get some Ikea cabinets with a high gloss that look great
try gold and reiss in Brooklyn
They have good prices and will take measurements and deliver for you
Got this in my inbox this a.m., and remembered this post. Don't know if this is a good deal or not (40% off at checkout), but their maple stuff was pretty cheap for me and it looks a lot nicer than this stuff. But if that's what you like, go for it.

One of my clients, a long time ago purchased Gold and Reiss. Nice cabinets for the money but still not as inexpensive as Ikea
