anyone familiar with this block ? must need a lot of work at this price ? building habitable ?

I used to live on 35th at Madison. 35th between Fifth and Lex is quite lovely, but once you are east of Lex, I think you're too close to the Tunnel and I would think twice....

i looked at this building last year....its an ok block between lex and 3rd......sponsor seems to have a lot of apartments that he is renovating...nice sizes, lower pricing but mtce a bit high...inside building is drab from what i recall....worth a look but i think you might want to live in a building that has a bit more ambiance..
