Deutsche Boerse unveils NYSE mega-exchange deal FRANKFURT/NEW YORK (Reuters) - Though dressed up as a merger, the deal, which values NYSE at about $10.2 billion, is effectively a takeover, with 60 percent of the new company to be owned by the German company's shareholders and 10 of 17 board seats bound for the Frankfurt group's management. Is the china taking over crisis now on hold for the germans?
I do prefer strudel, red cabbage, and bmws to red bean ice cream, egg foo young, and lead paint toys.
