Discussion about 940 Park Avenue in Upper East Side
W're considering buying in this building. anyone have thoughts on it? good building? bad building? any mold? rats? other issues?

the line into the methodone clinic that enters through the lobby rarely backs until 9 am--so if the kids leave on time for school it's really not a problem
