Yes, because the first thing a gang member wants to do is shoot a condo owner. Forget about turf or drugs anything else that compel gang members to shoot other gang members. Unless you are an African-American male under the age of 25 running a meth lab out of your apartment for one of the gangs in the wee hours of the morning, your odds are being shot are not high.

Actually not so interesting to see an overlay. 9 of the 24 crews/gangs are based in the 32nd precinct. Sure there are new Harlem condo's in the 32nd...but most of the Harlem conversations on this board focus on the 28th precinct.
