A buyer believed this ad's "add a loft!" claim, then agreed to buy it for $700K, putting down $70K. (This was pre-Lehman.) Just before closing (post-Lehman, natch) he found out the board wouldn't permit a loft. He refused to close. Seller kept the $70K and later sold the place for $625K. The first guy is now trying to get his $70K back. Fat chance. 97 docs filed so far.
