London Terrace Towers, no recorded sales prices

Lookingnow - can you send an email to support@streeteasy.com and give us an example of a closing that is missing? If you can copy the ACRIS link, that would be great. On our site, there are 5 different London Terrace addresses. So I'd like to see how we are missing these closings and fix the problem asap. Thanks!

I'm not the original poster but I also noticed during my search that some London Terrace units don't list sale price.

That was the specific building I was looking at, but I noticed it in the others as well.

The closings aren't missing from streeteasy, they are just a bit of a disorganized mess and you have to do some digging.

Most of the LT closings on streeteasy are listed on either the 410 West 24th or 465 West 23rd towers pages, but the actual sales correspond to all 4 towers. In some instances, it's obscured because the unit is listed as an RCU belonging to 465 West 23rd, but in other instances, it's just outright wrong. For example, the first 4 closings on the 410 West 24th site all correspond to sales in the other towers:

Streeteasy is not missing the listings, they are just organizing them inaccurately. The closings are all listed on ACRIS.

its an issue of ALT addresses in ACRIS. Organzing them under the same old bldg address or bldg name as we know it from marketing is not easy. SE actually did quite a great job with this.

For example, 55 Vestry St, The Fairchild, was marketed as "55 Vestry" but recorded as 415 Washington Street in ACRIS.

Its an ongoing challenge and sucks...

We show 272 sales for these towers and we show the following alt addresses...granted, we are not even close to finished with our ACRIS section:

- 465 W 23
- 415 W 23
- 410 W 24
- 470 W 24
- 405 W 23
- 435 W 23

I show five sales in 410 W. 24th in the past six months: K, 5M, 10M, 16K, and 4BC, and four sales in 470 West 24th in the past six months: 6-J, 7-J, 17-D, and 7-D. 17-D, for example, closed at $1.08mm. Is that what you're looking for?
