NinaB there are many units in different buildings in Brookyln -- given the number of inventory availabile I will not go fo the units facing BQE.

Try to talk to the people who already live in those apartments. Most of the people on this board will give you the same knee jerk, baseless opinions that they always do. I know people who live in those apartments and they are very happy. Not saying there aren't negatives, but try finding more space, amenities, etc. at the price. They're not for everyone, but they may be for you.
