Discussion about 87 Smith Street #8C
Does anyone have information and/or an opinion about this building? Seems nice, but what are the issues?

I thought the building was very nicely put together, although the common charges seemed high for very few amenities. What is really pulling the price down is probably the large jail opening up across the street. I was also suprised to see a bail bondsman covering the retail portion of the building.

CC's are high, and it's part hotel (because they couldn't sell it originally, from what I remember).
The hotel part is weird, and a big enough negative to scare away some buyers.
