New data idea for Urbandigs to track

Hey Noah, Just an idea... Why not also keep tabs on the market price of various garages. I would think that if a market were about to dip because of affordability/economics then it will show up early in the availability and price of monthly garage space. After all, if people are getting tight they will get rid of the car before they need to get rid of the apartment.

not sure how easy it would be to compile garage info from all the Manhattan garages.

I wasn't serious. But even just canvassing garages would probably be easier than the work you put into Urbandigs.com. :)

Data is compiled by bestparking.com, though not given out historically.
