What is the common discount for making an offer on homes in Sag Harbor in the $1-1.8 million market these days? I know that for a while it was up to 20% off asking, but not sure what's the story now. Thanks.

why is sag harbor different from southampton or east hampton

Inventory is smaller. And, for year round residents, Sag Harbor is more in demand, no? But what is going on in Southampton or East Hampton? I welcome news from there as well.

if your were to buy a home in these areas. which would be your first choice and why. not a primary residence.
