Discussion about 148 Chambers Street #3
units 4 and 5 cleared at 1.675 and 1.7 12 months ago... how are they asking a 10% premium for a lower floor?

Because the traffic is so loud on Chambers - it adds a certain ambiance.

is chambers that loud of a street? only every really go there at night but didn't think it would make that big a difference (still imho overpriced though).

Living on Chambers St. could possibly be one of the worst living experiences in NYC. Its a thoroughfare for cars and seedy pestrians with seedy fast food places....disgusting
