Any thoughts on when there will be some inventory of large 2/3 bed apartments in Tribeca/Village? When is the peak listing time? Thanks.

First week of the month. Usually buy the 4th or 5th.

not a large inventory of sizeable 2br/3br in these areas....most 3br Village have been selling very quickly lately.
