..save the wkend crowd from ridgewood/great neck... %u201CThe same crowd that would normally go down to the meatpacking district or TriBeCa, is now staying in Midtown Manhattan because it%u2019s so much more convenient.%u201D http://www.nytimes.com/2011/02/27/realestate/27living.html?_r=1&pagewanted=2&src=twrhp ...always have felt this moving EV to Midtown West.. while i do miss ave A's sunday charm and less tourists.. it was a bitch to have dudes from around the city convene to my old 2nd ave apt for my weekly c*mbath.. now in Hells Kitchen, half the roster literally just walks to my place saving everyone time and energy.
