I need to get part of my wood flooring repaired. Looks like the subfloor need to be looked at. Any recos?

Crestwood Flooring (Bronx) 718-994-3700 They did a good job on my UES co-op. Pretty reasonable.

What type of floor do oyu have and in what type of building. If your
floor is old you might be better off with an all new floor.

It's a parquay floor with some soft spots that need repairing. There are also some long planks rather than parquay squares. i don't want to replace the entire floot.
