Perhaps it would be nice if this apartment had windows. I could be wrong but it doesn't appear to. Nice to have a garage but it'd be nice if the garage came with some natural light.

There's a window in the kitchen. There are no bedrooms, so that probably helps it avoid certain legal requirements, but you'd think they still need to provide alternate emergency egress options, no?
