Discussion about 400 East 77th Street #5E
I saw this apt. 4 years ago when I was looking to buy an apt. It's lovely and large and has absolutely no view from any room. Faces the back of the school around the corner on 76th Street. The apt. has the most beautiful wood floors. Wish them luck. Surprised that the seller has raised the price of the apt. from what they paid 4 years ago. I think we all know that prices need a 10% discount from 4 years ago.

Are you sure you have the right address? 400 East 77th street is a rental building.

Oops, my mistake. I was thinking of 400 east 71st.

Nice apartment. It isn't a 2 br though it's a jr 4. I could live there with one child. Too bad it's not 500K
