I used to live in the building and have been in the apartment. It is not above the highway, it is above 72nd Street and access to West Side Highway; it is quieter than the apartments facing the highway. Has great views. The apartment itself is really nice. Third floor.

I am very interested in renting a one bedroom in this building - any advice on financial information required and the best way to rent one without a broker?

You won't be able to. Better break into that piggy bank. Healthy fee's for such an in demand property too....
