I like the strategic Elliman/Corcoran/Elliman moves over half a decade, with comparable roller-coaster pricing!

It's not as crazy as it first looks. The place sold for $1.56M in 2007, then re-listed in November 2008 for $1.995M. Anyway, I'm sure they couldfind a buyer if they abandon the idea to break even.
