My attorney has requested closing date of June 21st. I will find out today if it's a go.

Yes, really good news, it has been a long wait. For me it will take a little longer since I just put my paperwork in for a mortgage. Also looking forward to meeting our future neighbors.

We drive past this development everyday, and there are never any lights on, except for the lobby. Odd that it's listed as 51% sold. We have seen some lights on in the back. It will be interesting to see what happens with this.

I saw ppl walking dogs, having party event. My concern is no stores on Ocean Ave; is it safe from the train station to the building?
