You must be kidding. It wasn't a bargain (2010) at $2.5M (it's a gut job) and certainly overpriced at $3.2M. What are they smoking?

good solid building, but not in the top tier of CPW. 3.25 is way high for a non-view six. 239 CPW 14C, went for 3.0 at the top of the market and was newly renovated.
