has anyone seen this apt? why has it been on the market so long?

1. Right over the kitchen of the restaurant that is planned for the ground floor.
2. View from only window in the living area is blocked by the Holland Tunnel ventilation tower.
3. The 120'-tall Tower of Garbage, which will be constructed catty corner to that exposure of the Urban Glass House.
