Beautiful building with nice-sized 1-bd I saw years ago. Neighborhood a bit isoloted
from Manhattan's more appealing amenities.

Location keeps prices lower than similar buildings below 23rd Street. Seems well run. I have looked there in the past.

i think the location is great, walking distance to union square, village, etc. I once lived on 25th street and loved it. don't know the bldg. just the area.
