Definitely overpriced. Owner definitely paid too much in 2006. Do you think that it will sell anywhere above 4M? - considering you can get 7C or 8C at 15USW or better properties at this price poin in the neighborhood. I know it says it is a co-op with condo rules; however, does the board filter buyers? or ask for financials?
