Studio $ / sq ft

It seems as if studio apartments continue to feel downward pricing pressures. Noted that the last quarter showed prices at $681 / sq ft. Will be looking at a studio in excellent condition in a "good" building on the UWS - still asking just over $1000 sq ft. What would be the price per sq ft "ballpark" for UWS studios?

Ballpark numbers aren't much use.

Are you looking in Harlem or are you dreaming? Maybe UWS walk-up coops, but certainly not "good" buildings and not condos.
