The male sales agent in their sales office is horrible and mean. If you want to make an offer, you should try your best to avoid him. Otherwise, nothing works. The sales lady is ok, but she can NOT help much. They make everything hard for you and it's not easy to deal with both of them. Wonder why the sponsor would hire them to sell the units in this building??? Who knows...
