"incredible value"......"unique layout".......lol its just another 1 bedroom with a quasi windowless so called 2nd bedroom in a BK loft for $1000/sf that looks like every other "2 bedroom" in this building only a slightly larger windowless 2nd bedroom

"unique layout"... a uniquely horrible layout. This is awful.

God help anyone who thinks this is worth $1k psf.
